It is obviously that you SHOULD help your referral ECAs, since it's for your own good, it makes your business increase and put a big smile on your face...You get comission from the sales they make! Helping them is helping you! Why WOULDN'T you do that??
So the question here should be " Why shouldn't I assist my new ECAs?"
Help them to get approval, help them to list their produtcs, help them promoting them, teaching them everything about SFI and Tripleclicks. If you dont wanna do it for them, then just do it for you.
