It is the sponsor duty to help all affiliates, including ECAs, to get the habit of working in their member areas. This doesn't mean that you have to do everything for them, in fact, I wouldn't advise that, it is actually not allowed that you work anyone else's account at SFI.
Rather, the best idea I can come up with is to train your ECAs with video. Better than writing long e-mails which they may not understand fully anyway, make a video about how to register for being an ECA, how to post their products etc. This gives me the idea to make one video for my downline as well. I made a couple of videos which I posted on Youtube about how to manage your account, daily actions, PriceBenders auctions etc. Now you've given me an idea for another video. Thanks.
