However, if you personally sponsored an affiliate, then seeing your friendly face again when they log into SFI, will make them feel a bit more welcome. As with any business, you want to appear in a professional manner but that's not to say you've got to wear business attire in your photo. Make sure that the photo you choose to post is one showing you smiling, as to convey a welcoming feeling to those that visit your site. People tend to like to work for/with others that are perceived to be friendly.
The photo that you have chosen is a good one; there is no real need for it to be in color. As long as your photo is in good taste and done with a professional feel to it.
