It mostly depends on how much time you have available to devote to SFI and how much your team requires of you. Don't put so much in that you drain yourself, yet make yourself available as much as you reasonably can.
This is a people business, so we will be involved with people. Helping them can be one of your greatest assets as you build this business. If things get too busy for you, don't try and do it all at once, space it out throughout the day. Do some in the morning, some in the afternooon, and some in the evening.
If you have a smartphone this can be one of your greatest tools in this business because you can use it to work your business when you have time and you are away from your home computer. Keep it fun, keep it simple and yet professional.
