Enrolling 100s of PSAs a day is possible with experience and knowledge of how your advertising platform works. Depending on the one you use, you must test and retest on a small scale before you get the kind of numbers that you see on the Growth tab. It is unlikely that a complete novice will be able to do this. But fortunately, this is a learned skill that can be duplicated.
If your sponsor is a top enroller, I highly recommend that you participate in their team co-op. This will be your best option and probably your cheapest. This is because you can communicate directly with your sponsor and they have the power to assure that you get good delivery. While performance is never guaranteed, you have the experience of your sponsor to guide you. A team co-op will keep your cost low because your sponsor already has a vested interest in your success; therefore, there is not a need for exorbitant costs per share.
If you are looking to enroll PSAs outside of your team co-op, you should keep close communication with the co-op manager who oversees the ad placement. Ad placement is paramount to the ROI of the creative. Many ad services assign an account manager to each account so be sure to learn who this person is and communicate with them so that you can have a successful campaign. Again test small then up the ante when you get favorable returns.
In conclusion, it will not happen the first time around or even the second but if you stay committed you can learn how to keep cost down by controlling bid costs for ppc and forging good relationships with those who run solo ads. I recommend a combination of free and paid advertising sources from various channels because no one channel is going to become the holy grail. It is a process and demands work and patience not to mention a budget.
