Anything is possible if you put your mind and effort into it.
I would suggest actively placing ads on various classified sites in volumes, be prepared to be advertising your SFI gateways for at least 5-8 hours daily. You will also need to research where you want to advertise. Doing a simple google search for "Free" or "Low Cost" advertising will bring up many results for you to choose from.
In addition to the above mentioned, you can also consider using free or low cost traffic, paid to click, safe mailers etc. These will assist with your ads being seen, and clicked.
