In my opinion, enrolling 100+ PSAs in a day with your money is not a good idea. Buying PSAs from the market are not very useful and also hundreds of inactive PSAs will not gain you.
If you have money, you can enroll 5+ PSAs in a month from your area through online or offline advertisements which will not cost you much and give them good training for duplication.
If possible you can spent some money for enrolling people for your down lines through your PSAs offering some awards or Tcredits. I am sure they will work for you as well as for the team.
