As a TripleClicks member, it is the first photo your customers see.
I believe it is a good idea to have the same photo in both places, since the two are attached. Of course if your an ECA, a logo may work better if you have a lot of products, but only on the ECA page.
A good photo should show your face clearly, without a mean look. A smile, of course, will give a better impression than a frown or scowl. You want people to recognize you when they see your page. Good lighting is always helpful.
I really like what you have done with your photo: it is unique and a close-up. Nice.
I have the same photos for my FB, TripleClicks Member page and SFI page. (I may change it after everything I have read here though.)
However, I have created a logo for my ECA page.
