A good photo reflects who you are and what kind of business person you are. I don't think your photo should be played up to show something that you are not. A natural color photo that is simple and not with a lot of whistles and bells is best.
If you were to be met on the street you would not look all fancied up so your photo
should not look like that. Natural that says who you are is best.
