I also own an ECA but I never go for any expensive methods of advertising to give a momentum to my business. I always stick to the basics and use my Blog and Social Networking contacts and personnel connections to promote my business. While pricing, stick to core values and never allow any greed factors to overrule your conscience. Keep a fair percentage of profit but it should not burn others pockets unfairly.
Of course, I never indulge in any activities which can bully others in the business and also I do not believe in imitating others’ business models. Despite of that, I get enough business through my prevailing business promotion methods and I always encourage my downline to try these methods at their initial stages of growth in the system.
Moreover, connect with as many as other ECAs which can really give further boost to your business and I am sure, many will recommend your store to others if you have innumerable business connections through other ECAs.
Always do remember, the essence of a successful business is really quite simple. It is your ability to offer a product or service that people will pay for at a price sufficiently above your cost , thereby giving you profit that enables you to buy and to offer more products and services through fair means.
