I think this decision depends on two things:
1.your budget
2.your expectations /goals/.
If you want as many PSAs as possible and you can afford it, buy one or more S-Builder Co-op units.But,if you can not afford that because of a tight budget,there's always the other solution - buy an upline member's co-op unit.You'll get less PSAs but the price is lower,too.
Maybe,the best solution is to combine these two options.In the end, it's completely up to you.See you at the top!
