To be frank both are beneficial for an new affiliate. However, if you have a tight budget you should make a wise decision to choose either of them. Please take into account the following points to decide ....
1. S-Builder is run by SFI and is run at highly business platforms.....However, due to extremely high purchase of S Builder by affiliates the number of affiliates per share is decreasing.
2. The co-ops running by your upline is a good one in terms of number of shares. however, the quality of PSAs can differ a lot depending on the quality of advertisement run by your upline.
In my suggestion, if your upline is a highly experienced member and good at capturing quality affiliates, please use the Co-op run by him. In case he is not good at marketing, I would suggest you use S Builder.
