Hello. I think the best option for that is to buy Google AdWords advertisement package or Facebook advertisement BUT I also wanted to say to you that there is no need to have 100+ PSAs per day.
In this business, QUALITY is over QUANTITY! You have no benefits of 100 inactive PSAs but you have A LOT of benefits of very FEW active PSAs. My suggestion for you is to focus on finding PSAs that will be active because you will get VPs and matching points from them (if they are at least EA2). From inactive PSAs you get nothing.
