Always lead by example. After using it yourself explain to your team the ways you have benefitted by using S-Builder. The way we have an ongoing residual income is by duplicating our time and efforts. We need to bring more people in order to do that. Without building a team it will be harder to earn money.
You can also explain the idea of having more than one share of S-Builder. Since it only brings a few people every month it's a good idea that once you begin earning money in SFI to use that to buy more shares of S-Builder. As it grows more, buy more shares and watch your business sky rocket!
