Although they are all great products, I would go for the T-credits. You can use them to bid in auctions, play T-Time and Pick-the-Price. They are useful for buying other things on TripleClicks. Most of all, you can set goals for your team members an use TCredits as a reward for acheiving them.
Having said that, I also buy a share of S-Builder each month, and use it to reward active Affiliates with a free Team Co-op. These leads trickle in slowly, but every Affiliate is an important Affiliate. The team members appreciate it, and I still earn commissions on their sales and VPs. This is also a way to reward CSAs, as you cannot reassign PSAs to them.
