I am of opinion that TCredits is the best among the popular Standing Order items. The reason being that TCredit is the purchasing power or put it in another way, TCredit is the power behind most action plan in SFI. IAHBE and S-Builder are subject to TCredit because with TCredit you can bid and purchase them in auction. Though you can win TCredit in auction but you cannot purchase it with items like IAHBE and S-Builder. This makes TCredit superior and therefore the best.
