The best way to introduce s- builder co-op is to ensure
1. We as team leads should have at least purchased a share of the s-builder co-op and have seen results. In order words, lead by example
2. Award psa's from the s-builder co op to our hard working affiliates to help them build their own team
3. Communicate the importance of having having the s-builder (via stream post)as a standing order on a monthly basis.
4. If cost of purchasing an s-builder co op is expensive for the affiliate,one can share the cost amongst hard working affilates in the team to encourage them that even with that little committment,they can build a team.
