When I talk with people who see the opportunity of SFI and TripleClicks or the real business that it is I try to introduce S-Builder to them as a quick and easy but effective method of recruiting while getting to understand better how to market on the internet.
Not everyone comes to SFI as a natural recruiter nor is it a progression from what they previously experienced so to be able to pay a nominal amount and get a steady flow of recruits to either PSA or PRM does make a difference.
While it is based on advertising that might produce results in a matter of weeks it does pool the strength of budgets to rotate a steady flow into our teams. Some have the ability to recruit so are able to sell signups in their ECA stores but most new affiliates would value the S-Builder route. What really matters is not simply the signing up but the welcome people have when they join because it is not more money for the recruiter necessarily but more the opportunity to make a difference for yet another affiliate and their family. This is a real opportunity and should be celebrated for the difference it is making to people lives. That witness can only come from you and not a sales page. Share this success with your team and they will understand why they would benefit because you are proof they should consider.
