I run different competitions, for all generations including CSA's, and anyone that meets the requirements can win TCredits; Gift Vouchers and PSA's from 1 up to 50 PSA's
Competitions can be for fast Track; reaching 1500 VP; starting to recruit, and so much more, it really is up to you, how you organize you competitions, and to whom
I do advise however, from my own experience, that sending PSA's should be done only when your affiliates have been 3 months or more working consistently, and maintaining at least EA rank
