Absolutely, I know offline marketing can be as effective as online marketing. Why? Simply stated it is face-to-face marketing! You have the first hand knowledge to solve the problem of that all of your prospects face - a reliable means earning additional income with low or no upfront cost or out of pocket expense. You should do all of the aforementioned advertising. Be the expert. Know your product and be clear about expectations. This is definitely the way to do business not just offline but online as well.
Therefore, be sure to monitor any form of advertising you use so that you can track performance to get measurable results. Always push the envelope and try to improve your performance. This is the only way to become effective . . . through trial and error.
