A system to track the advertisement is available in "Power Tools " Tab ie, " Hit tracking" ,use an Excel or spreadsheet to organize it .
Points to remember
1.Use the key codes in your advertisement gateway for easy tracking
Example -http://www.sfimg4.com/xxxx.1515/FREE , ( The "xxxx" should be your affiliate id and the digits after that should be changed in each advertisement )
Three Key Codes are reserved for SFI corporate use.ie ,
1101 for affiliates from S-Builder.
1200 for affiliates who were not referred to SFI by anyone.
1300 for TripleClicks members via the TC Tell-A-Friend feature.
2.Due to system memory constraints, SFI resets Hit Tracking automatically each Sunday. Please note your Hit Tracking numbers before the weekly reset.
3.Note these data in an "excel" in each week and prepare the MIS for easy analysis , so you can track ,which website gives more "Hits" and result .
