very good question,it is a good idea for a team member to reassign PSAs to someone from the same country,just for good communication with the same language and culture,they will be able to discuss the business of sfi and relate in a like manner of on-line market and training tools of sfi etc.they can even team up as a group to formulate ideas in growing their business,there are a lot of benifits of reassignment of PSAs,these are just some of which can be done ,you can form various groups to meet and set their goals to improve better understand the training of sfi. i do hope this answer shed some light to your question.
