I really don't contact my Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, unless I have a question or they communicate with me as an individual. So, I'm not sure how often you should contact your Sponsor or Co-sponsor. I guess it's up to the individual.
I know many affiliates don't get regular communications from their Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, so I'm very grateful that I receive regular messages from both. They send many good tips and information.
