I think they reallyhave to have their own motivation to join. I only want people who are motivated to join my business - otherwise they are wasting my time.
The secret is once you get some people to join your business who are already motivated, keep them engaged. Don't only send messages to all your PSA's, but send individual messages to them too for one on one contact. Build a relationship with them and they will become your best team members!
