It can be a good idea to reassign your PSA to someone in their own country. Persons in the same country usually speak the same language and are aware of the culture of that country. Hence it will be much easier to communicate with each other.
It is however important to ensure that this person is committed to SFI and will do all in his power to ensure that this affiliate will continue on the path to success. You do not want your PSA to opt out or give up on SFI because their newly reassigned sponsor is not a good team leader. It can be a good idea but first you have to weigh the pros and cons. You could also try to get some feedback from your PSA if he would like to be reassigned to someone from his country.
