Well in my opinion it is always a good move to to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country so as to leverage on the synergy and common culture n language and all which will be a easier platform for them to contact and may even establish face time or face to face contacts where necessary as the brick and mortar barriers are removed.
i would certainly go for it .
