My answer will be based on my own experience. When I was just started here in SFI way back 13 months ago, I really don't know how to do this business. At first I did not understand how the system works and I thought it's very complicated here.
I received a message from my sponsor where to start. So, I followed the steps one by one. It was a great help because it was a guide for me to do my daily tasks. I tried to learn it on my own but there where things and terminologies that I did not understand so I really need to contact my Sponsor. Whenever I need some help, I go to my Sponsor for some suggestions.
Being a Sponsor too, I appreciate my PSAs or CSAs to contact me more often because it shows that they are interested and willing to learn the business.
