Personally I like to reassign affiliates to an affiliate in the same country. Especially if the affiliate is not yet an EA2 and is performing well. Logging in daily, completing their daily,weekly and monthly actions. This not only gives them a chance to earn an extra 120
VP for the month for sending out a weekly newsletter, it also teaches them how to start communicating with their downline in their native tongue without worrying about miscommunication due to any language differences and confusion in the translation process. Also I think a stronger bond among persons from the same country.
