You can have thousands of affiliates in your first generation but if they find that they can’t make any progress they will continue to be inactive. Team Leaders are your aces in SFI. Developing TLs should be one of the priorities because every committed TL creates residual income stream for you and it grows month to month.
The question now is how you develop TLs. This is where the reassignment of PSAs come into play. Tell your affiliates that if they become an EA this month you will reassign maybe 5, 10 or more new affiliates to them as an incentive. Better still if you can reassign EAs under them and by doing so they accumulate more VersaPoints.
So with the incentives you will have a good pool of EAs. The next step is to develop them into TLs. Identify your 5 most committed and active EAs. The reassignment of EAs come into play by moving your other EAs so that your 5 most committed and active EAs are all converted to TLs. Then help them to duplicate downline. In essence you have leveraged by reassigning and created a solid team.
So if you have potential PSAs spread across different countries it’s a good idea if you can leverage by reassigning them to form a strong team all from the same country. Localised leverage duplicates faster because you can learn about the best marketing methods and strategies for your region in the world.
