In regards to how often you should communicate with your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, I would say it's best to communicate like once a week with them if you are just get started in SFI. But as you dig into SFI more and more and start to understand things better, I would say the communication would grow less and less. Maybe like once a month as you start to understand things more.
But once a week is good too just to check for anything as far as new updates and advice on situations. They can be your best mentors. Anytime you are stuck on something in this business, message your uplines anytime you want. They will be glad to assist you in any and everything they could have.
In SFI, by helping your team, you also help yourself in the process too. You succeed by helping others and that's the wonderful thing about this business. By helping others, we all grow together and together we shall succeed.
