i personally think once a month is enough to contact your sponsor/co-sponsor just to let them know that you have them in your mind! But also you should be able to contact them any time you wish ie if you have a problem that you cannot resolve by using the Forum or any help that is openly available on your HomePage. If this is the case them they will be only too pleased to help you out, if they on the other hand cannot for some reason help answer your question then I suggest you use your A2a friend system or back to the Forum where there is a wealth of knowledge available fron the members there.
