Personally, I’ve already done that several times, because I think that it is a good idea.
First, it helps you to build your team; and second it additionally motivates your active PSA’s.
I’ve choose to reassign mostly less active PSA’s to PSA’s which are very active.
These reassignments were done between PSA’s from the same country; because I believe that inactive PSA’s will have benefit if their new sponsor speaks the same language, and that there will be no language, cultural or some other barrier between them.
On the other hand, the active PSA’s will get reward for their dedication.
