I would like to shed light to those who are relatively new in SFI who are asking related question and will ask what is reassignment of PSA? and why do we do that? before we answer this question Is it good idea to re assign PSA to someone in their own country?
Well reassignment of PSA is done by a sponsor by giving some of his PSA to one of his PSA whom he wants to reward or encourage to be active in SFI. You can do this in the SFI site under reassignment manager.
Now to the question posted above has its own advantages and disadvantages. One advantages of course is they can communicate well with their new assigned PSA in their own language. But this is a disadvantage to PSA's who are in the third world country who's PSA's can barely advance to EA. It will defeat your purpose to encourage you PSA to be active if the PSA you assigned are not also active or not capable of getting their SFI to the next level.
So exercise your judgment as to whether it will help your PSA or not before reassignment.
