I would consider a few of things prior to reassigning PSAs.
Mentoring and advancing your downlines progress can be influenced by matching
some affiliates with the same or similar cultural backgrounds.
Language is an important consideration, to avoid translation difficulties.
You may find it more beneficial for growing your downline through duplication
by pair people in the same country.
These pairings often make it easier for the receiving PSA to continue
in their own growth.
They may influence patronizing local ECAs, planting the seeds for more to join.
Although the above can be an smart considerations.
The premise of this or any affiliate program is its ability to cross
countries, cultures and language barriers and be the success that it is.
I would make reassignments based on the advantage it gives to my affiliates
and my team building efforts.
