Not everyone is a strong communicator.
Some are very adept at talking to perfect strangers without humility.
Others find it a little more difficult, but, manage fairly well with
tools and training.
And, then there is the rest of us who have to learn almost everything
up front to gain the confidence to openly communicate on a subject.
I think you will be able to able to assess your Sponsor's accessibility
by the way they communicate with you.
The methods they use. The demeanor in their messages.
And, by the invitations they should be addressing to you.
If your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor is open and sends you regular weekly Email updates.
Chances are they are very approachable.
I would suggest communicating, as often as necessary to get yourself up and running.
Ask the questions you need to ask.
Return the favor with a statement of appreciation or acknowledgement.
Do however, be sure to follow their advice (assuming it is good),
so they do not feel like your are wasting their time.
And, advise them of your results, for further guidance.
The ability to communicate efficiently is very important to anyone's success
in this business.
Tip: The best trick I know to get around embarrassment, shyness or feelings of inadequacy is to talk to everyone as if they were your friend.
The bottom line is you should be able to communicate with your Sponsor's
as often as necessary.
