Reassigning affiliates from the same country can be good when there is a language barrier or when there is a difference in business attitudes to your own. It may be easier for your PSA to motivate team members from their own country when this is the case.
Having said that it is also good to reassign affiliates from different countries so there is a learning process and people can come together in business with different business ideas.
One aspect of reassigning affiliates to take into consideration is the wealth of a particular country. If you reassign affiliates to a PSA and they are all from one of the countries with less wealth they may face issues of having active team members due to finance.
Perhaps a better strategy is to reassign a mix of affiliates to your PSA thereby widening their own business knowledge and the chance to create an active team of affiliates.
