It is in your sponsor and co-sponsors interest for you to succeed, as your success is their success!
They should be contacting YOU on at least a weekly basis however anything you have a problem with that you can't find an answer for on the SFI site, you should get in touch with them.
Also make sure you have the same standards when you are supporting YOUR team!
