Do not refrain from asking them as often as you need. However,if it is urgent and you see you do not get an answer, place a ticket saying it is URGENT. Or, viceversa, place a ticket and if you do not get an answer as fast as you need, then ask you Sponsor or your Co-Sponsor. Take care that you do not overwhelm all of them with the same question at the same time.
