I think it is wery good idea,if you have a worker ,its nice idea to stimilulate even more with reessigment PSA from his own country,they will for sure have better comunications than you have esp.if leng.was not familiar so you google it trainslator every time to be able to comunicate with .Its your downline ,so its not an issue.You will help yourself and PSA to progress better.People like to work with they domestic ones,they bound in some way,not felling like strangers,and that help more than you think.Cheers
