I think that this is a fantastic way to grow your business.
If you reassign affiliates to a "go getter" in their own country they will be able to communicate with them in their own language, be mindful of cultural differences and be able to help them with so many other things that someone from another country can't do.
It also takes a bit of the burden off you if you have a large team, you can share the load out.
I've reassigned about 60 affiliates to a "go getter" from another country just a month ago and now have a BTL and 4 EA's out of it. These are much better results than you would normally get.
You will notice however, that I said "go getter". You need to pick your new "team leader" carefully though. You need someone who is really going to help the affiliates you have reassigned.
I've only done this for one country at the moment but am looking for "go getters" from other countries to do the same.
