I don’t think that it is a bad idea to reassign PSAs to your downline who are in the formers' own locality or country. It will certainly give an additional boost towards their growth and also in interacting much easily with their sponsor. Constant interaction in their own language will instill more confidence in them to perform much better and to their fullest to produce positive results in the system.
However, it is also to be noted that the reassignment is being made to the right and deserving and active downline member otherwise, you can expect only the negative and passive results from them. I use to reassign PSAs to my downline every month on the basis of their location, language and the proximity to each other but above all, I always look at the potential candidate’s attitude and ability to groom and nurture the reassigned one to a successful affiliate. As a sponsor, it is utmost important to take a right and pragmatic decision in this very sensitive matter.
Think of growth, think of duplication and think of long term goals, then take a decision, I am sure, you will have the last laugh always.
