You should always keep in contact with your sponsor and co-sponsor. If nothing else just to let them know how you are doing. If you have any questions you should definitely get in contact with them and ask them. IMHO they should be the first ones that you contact. They have a vested interest in your business. The greater your success the greater their success.
If you had a large downline wouldn't you want them to contact you so you could help them with their problems and make them more successful. It is a win, win for the both of you.
