Your sponsor, if active, communicates with you on a weekly basis through stream and team email. They give you words of encouragement and business building tips. Your immediate up line would enjoy the same weekly words of encouragement from you or even a note to say hi.
If your sponsor or co-sponsor is not active stay in touch with the next available up line that sends out stream messages and team mail. If your entire up line is inactive all the way to SFI corporation, pick an a2a friend and start a weekly communication. If business problems pop up that the forum can't answer or can't be found in SFI training, then it would be wise to communicate more frequently.
