Communication with your Sponsor or cosponsor can be frequent but is really dependent on how often they allow you to do it.
Just as you do not want your sponsor/cosponsor to appear spammy while communicating with you, it is worth noting that they too require that you reciprocate the same. If you have a sponsor who has a very large down line for example you should have it in you to understand that his/her communication with you will not be as frequent.
If you don't have a supportive sponsor who you have never heard from, don't worry keep reaching out to other members in your Up line. Your sure to get one or two who are willing to help you out.
Begin by asking them about their time schedules and when they are available to offer support and help to you.
This approach has worked well for me. I do not communicate with my sponsor/cosponsor much because he is very distant but I do communicate with my TOP most up line on Skype and on private mail and he has been very helpful irrespective of the fact that he has a VERY large down line.
So go ahead and find out from your sponsor and cosponsor or top most up line, if your immediate sponsors are distant about their schedules then ask them to fix you an appointment or a Skype date if they can. I am certain at least one will positively respond or both. SFI has already provided the tools that make it easy for you to reach out to them. Just HIT the reach out button, type out and send....
