It is a good idea IF the PSA is struggling with his or her English and reassigning them to their own language speaker will definitly help them to progress in SFI. We do understand same culture and same mentality background is much easier than trying to master a secomd language if one is not too good at that. It is better to help them by giving then their own countries helpers-
