In my opinion it is always better to start with learning things. Especially if you are new affiliate in SFI because you probably do not know everything about this job and about sponsoring. I think you should start to learn few things:
1. How to get your PSAs using your own promotional tools.
2. How to “spend” quality time with your new PSAs.
3. How to teach your PSAs to work in SFI.
4. How to motivate your inactive PSAs.
When you get your PSA (bought or sponsored on your own) you need to know how to work with them and this is why I think it is better to start sponsoring them on your own, at least for start. Later, when you will have a lot of knowledge and practice, you can buy them too. But there is always this great option called: “win them on auction”. I think this is amazing opportunity to get PSAs.
