The first action would be to maintain your status of EA each month. To qualify for the rank of Team Leader, my suggestion is that you go for the maximum sales points - 2,000 VP via purchase or sales.
Once that is is place, you need to accumulate your action points to move to which ever level you want , that is, BTL – 1000, STL – 2000, GTL – 3,000, PTL – 4,000. These points can be achieved by the following:
1. Ensure your active PSAs maintain their EA status and you get 100 Action VP, Developing and maintaining EAs help you earn enough VPs to qualify as a Team Leader.
2. Encourage them to move up to another level and you get an additional 50 or more Action VP - Bronze 150, Silver 200, Gold 250, Silver 300
3. For each ECA you recruit and encourage to upload their images, you get 100 Action VP.
4. complete your daily/weekly/monthly tasks for 497 Action VP
5. Distribute Gift Cards – 300 Action VP per month
6. Participate in Pricebenders Auctions – 500 Action VP per month
So actually, there is no secret. It all depends on you and what level of Team Leader you wish to maintain. This is reachable for any affiliate who has the ambition, the will and the commitment.
