Hello Abdul, i will learn you one thing, THERE IS NO SECRET FOR EASILY QUALIFYING FOR YOU RANK EVERY MONTH!!! There's no reason for being a Team leader if you dont actually have a team.when you get you'r own team, then try to learn them as much as you can to bild they own team.
