The best way I know how to achieve team leader every month is to set up a standing order for 1500 VP.
You must do your daily, weekly and monthly to do list.
Help and develop at least 5 persons to EA2 status and above.
Participate in regular Pricebenders.
Also you have to think like a team leader from day one to be a team leader.
