There really is no secret to reaching Team Leader status of any level each month.
At the beginning of each month, make sure you have a Standing Order active and that you have enough finances to cover it.
Next, continue, in whatever way possible, to adverttise your business or sponsor affiliates all throughout the month. Teach your affiliates to do what you do, setting an example for them.
Next, gain as many action VP as possible, after getting the rest of your 2000 sales VP. Log in every day and complete your To-Do List, bid at the auction up to 500 VP, play in all of the contests to win prizes, including MRP, VP and cash prizes, if offered. If you have a great number of affiliates who are EA or some team Leaders, reassign EAs to those leaders or EAs and help them with building their team. That gains even more action VP.
Write reviews of items you have purchased at TripleClicks. That means you purchase them early in the month. The earlier you do this, the better.
Don't forget the gift cards! Give out 30 of them each month and get 300 VP.
If you are a Wave3 member, you have the chance to win prizes that will help you with your business.
The sky is the limit. Have fun and be creative. The task becomes much easier, however, if you have started a team of affiliates and they are duplicating your efforts. Let this be the key to your success, having faith and being motivated and determined never to quit!
